Emily currently resides near Salt Lake City, Utah and is the owner, manager, and instructor at Emily Merrell Vocal Studio. Additionally, Emily is thrilled to direct BYU’s vocal jazz ensemble, Syncopation. Emily performs locally as a solo vocalist/pianist, and is the lead vocalist and producer for the International Musicians League affiliate, Diamond Empire Band (bookings in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, and Montana).

Jon was involved personally as a musician playing in bands from the time he was 12. Though mainly playing as a hobby, he helped support himself through college by playing guitar and singing in several Top 40 Band.
